Good to know
Can I verify real people with Yimi today?
Not yet. The SANDBOX uses synthetic people and businesses only, and live identity providers are not yet connected.
What does the person being verified see?
A request that names your business and the purpose of the check. They choose whether to consent before anything else happens.
What happens when a check cannot be completed?
The outcome says so. A failed check produces a failed result or sends the verification for manual review, with the reason recorded; it is never shown as verified.
Do I need developers to use Yimi?
No. Your team can work from the business console. Developers can use the versioned API and the SANDBOX when you want to build Yimi into your own app.
