Three parts, no surprises
Part 1
Platform subscription
A monthly fee for your onboarding platform: journeys, business console, API access and audit records.
Part 2
Native processing
Usage-based charges per billable operation for Yimi Core, such as document processing, OCR and native face matching. Charged in addition to the subscription.
Part 3
Optional verification services
Add government, Home Affairs, credit bureau, registry or other external checks only where you need them, charged separately.

How the Starter subscription works
The Starter fee is a fixed monthly platform subscription, payable even in a month with no API calls. It does not include free API calls: native processing is charged per billable operation, in addition to the subscription.
Prices in ZAR, excluding VAT. International customers can request a quotation in their own currency. No checkout or automatic billing: every customer receives a written quote.

Confirms identity details against an official identity register through an authorised provider.
Home Affairs verification
Confirms South African identity details with the Department of Home Affairs, where available.
Credit bureau checks
Confirms identity and supporting details with a credit bureau.
Company registry checks
Confirms a business and its directors against a company registry.
External address verification
Confirms a customer's address with an external data source.
Other third-party data checks
Further checks your onboarding policy requires, such as sanctions screening.
Priced separately, based on supplier agreements, and available where Yimi has a contracted supplier for your market. None is required to use Yimi.
